Susan PatriciaHAYESPassed away peacefully at Holme Tower after a short illness fought with courage and humour on 27th March 2017. Dear daughter of the late Elsie and John, sister to Janet, much loved cousin of Kath and a beloved friend of Rob. Susan will be deeply missed by many. Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Home 55, Pantbach Rd, Rhiwbina until the service at Thornhilll Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Monday 10th April at 4.15pm. By Sue's request bright colours to be worn. Family flowers only, donations if so desired can be made to Holme Tower c/o the Funeral Home.
